Position: Leisure and Guest Relations Officer
Department: Front Office
Reports To: Front Office Manager
Job Overview:
The Leisure and Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring high-quality guest service, managing leisure activities, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to ensure strong financial and operational performance.
Maintain high customer service standards in a 4-star hospitality setting.
Oversee risk assessments, health and safety compliance, and facility cleanliness.
Manage the Leisure Management System and booking schedules.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff while ensuring top performance.
Promote hotel amenities and address guest concerns efficiently.
Work with marketing teams to promote activities and engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in a relevant hospitality role.
Skills: Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and booking/payment systems.
Attributes: Creativity, innovation, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and local attractions.
